My dad used to say, “Son, problems and sh** happen every day — in business and in life. Throughout history, people have always made messes, and most don’t have the solutions to clean it up.” Then he’d hand me a roll of toilet paper and said, “take this with you everywhere you go, because one day someone is going to make a big mess and they will need it cleaned up. But not everybody can help him, because not everybody is carrying toilet paper. Now because you are the only person with the toilet paper, you’ll be prepared to make whatever money you want.”
